How do you do it?
Heat the Ice Cascara to boiling and sprinkle the agar agar. Whisk the mixture until all the powder is dissolved. Pour the contents of your saucepan into a bowl and stir in your Tequila and flakes. Pour your mixture into your mould (ice cube tray) and let your shots cool for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
